Modeling Software

The Biological Modeling and Visualization group develops a set of related plant modeling software packages collectively called the Virtual Laboratory / L-studio. Versions are available for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.

Visualization and Analysis Software

Beyond the plant modeling software packages, Virtual Laboratory / L-studio, we also develop software for visualization, segmentation and processing of 3D imaging data. Segmentation using Haptics and Volumetric Rendering (SHVR) and Virtual Network Explorer (ViNE) are available for Windows.
