Installing vlab on Linux
Required installed software: g++, make, Qt5.9.1 (or higher)
The download is a gzipped tar file. Decompressing it will create a directory with a name like vlab-4.5.1 containing a file README, which gives complete installation instructions.
For the simplest configuration, a personal installation, move the
vlab directory to wherever you want to install vlab (such
as /usr/local), cd into it, and run ./bin/govlab.sh
