In Clades, you guide the evolutionary process along the path that you choose.

You will be able to witness firsthand how a series of small changes can lead to dramatically different descendants.

Explore

Along the way, you will encounter a number of new species. Each of these gives rise to a wide variety of children. The magnitude of this variety can be controlled using a slider.

It is also possible to backtrack through the evolutionary history of each species you discover. This allows you to explore the many possible paths that emerge from a particular species.

It is possible to design a wide variety of branching structures and abstract patterns, simply by making a series of selections.
